Taiwan’s Beauty Technology Earns Recognition in France, Standing Out Among 260 International Exhibitors
Organized by COSMETIC VALLEY, a competitiveness cluster recognized by the French government, COSMETIC 360 is held annually at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris. As a leading international event dedicated to cosmetic innovation, it brings together innovative companies, research institutions, and global beauty groups, fostering collaboration between startups and industry leaders such as L’Oréal, LVMH Research, and Estée Lauder.
The 2026 edition attracted approximately 260 exhibitors from more than 20 countries. Only six companies received awards in the main categories, representing approximately 2% of all exhibitors. JUBILEE Biomedical earned recognition from the international jury for its innovative cold plasma technology, demonstrating the competitiveness of Taiwan’s biomedical technology in the global beauty industry.
JUBI Plasma Advances Skin Longevity with Nine Skincare Benefits in a Single Mode
JUBI Plasma incorporates JUBILEE Biomedical’s proprietary eSIP® cold plasma technology, extending the precision engineering expertise of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry into skincare. The innovation enables plasma, traditionally associated with high-energy applications, to operate at temperatures below 40°C.
Through its non-invasive approach, the device helps maintain clean, balanced, and healthy-looking skin, aligning with the growing global beauty trend of “Skin Longevity,” which emphasizes long-term skin health and maintenance.
With a single operating mode, JUBI Plasma addresses nine skincare needs, including the care of blemish-prone skin, brightening dull complexions, improving skincare product absorption efficiency by at least twofold, reducing the appearance of enlarged pores and fine lines, and enhancing facial contours.
The device also features a 24K pure gold sonic micro-vibration probe, combining lifting massage with enhanced skincare product delivery. This integrated design allows consumers to enjoy a convenient, technology-driven skincare experience at home.
Suitable for all skin types, JUBI Plasma can be used on multiple areas of the face and body. Its gentle, non-invasive technology and intuitive one-button operation make it easy to incorporate into daily skincare routines. Consumers can use the cold plasma function independently or combine it with their existing skincare products to enhance their daily skincare regimen without introducing complicated additional steps.
For Malaysia’s hot and humid climate, common skincare concerns such as acne, excess oil, enlarged pores, and dullness make multifunctional and convenient beauty technologies particularly appealing to local consumers.
From Taiwan’s Top Innovation Award to International Investment: JUBILEE Biomedical Accelerates Expansion into Malaysia
JUBILEE Biomedical’s cold plasma technology first gained international attention in 2023 when it won first prize at an innovation competition co-organized by Silicon Valley accelerator Plug and Play.
Following the award, the company participated in business exchanges in Silicon Valley and secured investment from international investors. Its technology was also recognized for its potential to become a “Cold Plasma Unicorn,” highlighting its promising prospects in the beauty technology industry.
“We are proud to bring Taiwan’s innovation to the world!” said Judy Li, Founder and CEO of JUBILEE Biomedical, during her acceptance speech.
With its official entry into the Malaysian market in 2026, JUBILEE Biomedical is accelerating its international expansion through a strategic partnership with Pharma Express. The collaboration aims to strengthen the company’s presence in Malaysia’s beauty technology sector, giving more professional skincare providers and consumers access to innovative cold plasma skincare technology developed in Taiwan.
