HELP University Students Secure Champion and Gold Medals at Malaysia Culinaire 2025 and MAHIR Competitions Food & Hospitality (FHM) 2025 competitions held from 23rd to 25th September 2025.<\/p>\n
KUALA LUMPUR, 29 September 2025<\/b> \u2013 Students from the School of Hospitality and Tourism at HELP University achieved remarkable success at the prestigious Malaysia Culinaire 2025<\/b> and the Malaysian Association of Housekeepers (MAHIR) Housekeeping competitions<\/b>, held in conjunction with Food & Hospitality Malaysia (FHM) 2025 from 23rd to 25th September 2025.<\/p>\n
The team’s strategic preparation and rigorous training led to top honors, demonstrating their readiness for national professional excellence.<\/p>\n
HELP University students excelled across technical and creative categories, securing a Champion title and two Gold medals:<\/p>\n
Bed Making Competition (Individual Junior):<\/b> James Ng Jia Yu<\/b> was crowned Champion<\/b>.<\/p>\n
Mocktail Competition:<\/b> Howard Chong Zhan Hao<\/b> earned a Gold Medal<\/b>.<\/p>\n
Malaysian Local Fruit Caramelization & Flamb\u00e9:<\/b> Alvin Wong Min Juin<\/b> also secured a Gold Medal<\/b>.<\/p>\n
These victories underscore the students’ dedication, technical mastery, and creative flair, confirming their strong competencies within the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n
The achievements are a testament to the comprehensive training and strategic mentorship provided by the School of Hospitality and Tourism faculty. Special acknowledgment is given to the dedicated coaches and trainers:<\/p>\n
