Anne Purba, Vice President Public Relations KAI, menjelaskan bahwa perubahan ini tidak akan mengurangi kualitas layanan pelanggan. Justru, KAI berkomitmen menghadirkan layanan yang lebih baik, cepat, dan responsif.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMulai 1 September 2025, pelanggan yang ingin mengakses WhatsApp Contact Center KAI121 dapat menghubungi nomor baru 0811-222-33-121.
